When was TOAW 2 Released?

I'm trying to figure out when TOAW 2 was released. I'm updating a scenario I did for that version and am wondering how long it's been since I actually created it and last saw it. I actually tried to find the program in the store but it's no longer listed.

Which TOAW II?
The Operational Art of War II: Modern Battles 1956–2000 (1999)
The Operational Art of War II: Flashpoint Kosovo (1999)
The Operational Art of War II: Elite Edition (2000)
This might also be considered II:
The Operational Art of War: Century of Warfare (2000)

My box of The Operational Art of War: Century of Warfare says:
This exclusive edition includes:
The Operational Art of War, Vol I
TOAW 1: Battle Pack 1
The Operational Art of War, Vol II
TOAW II: Flashpoint Kosovo Battle Pack
Bonus World War I Era scenarios and database.
Of the seven photos of screenshots on the box five have 3d models and only two have the NATO symbols - yet I bet hardly anyone on this forum plays with 3d models now - let alone plays the Standard Rules as opposed to the Advanced Rules.
Or perhaps you do?

Thanks for the excellent concise answer, it was about what I thought. No wonder I had difficulty recognizing my own handiwork after more than 20 years.

An ignorant answer from a total jerk. No where did you post a date, just snarky BS. I didn't ask about photos but a release date. Had you read the good answers before yours you wouldn't have needed to post this pathetic excuse of an answer. Sorry to disappoint you but I don't play with standard rules or 3D models. At least I created scenarios for the TOAW series, what have you done besides being a do nothing jerk?
