How to change PBEM options once the game has started ?

Sorry, I post my initial post again, but I think it was not in the reight section...
Hi all,
I just started a PBEM as Soviet player, and I made a mistake during the game creation.
I forgot to enable the german "fog of War".
So I am able to see any german units, as my opponent cannot see my units (he is subject to soviet fog of war).
Is it possible (by a command, a cheat code or any other way) to enable it once the PBEM is started, or will we be obliged to restart the game with the right option ?
