Can Chinese built convoy points arrive in ports that -

- were liberated by the Red Chinese; or

- were liberated by the US/CW?

Or, can they only appear in a port that was liberated by a Nationalist Chinese unit?

They can only arrive in a Nationalist controlled port. Who liberated it doesn't matter. Who controls does.
