What are the ways that resources from Sweden can be blocked to German. Assuming Germany is not invaded and Oslo is under German control?

Raid the convoy routes. There is one in the Baltic Sea, but that usually is out of the question. So the convoy route along the Norwegian coast is the way to go. But only in winter when the Swedish Baltic port is frozen shut.
