Lost PBEM games

I am playing a PBEM game with Plummypal and he is not seeing the game when he is clicking on PBEM. Is there any way to point his application to the games? Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.

Hi Mdswift,
I just took a look at the PBEM++ server and I can see he has 3 active and ongoing games including two against you there. Not sure why he cannot see his games as the executable points to the PBEM++ server by default, e.g. there is nothing more that he needs to do other than to launch the PBEM++ Lobby.
If it is still not working for him then I suggest opening a support ticket with Matrix Support might help,
