I believe I have read elsewhere that naval interception during transit is too challenging (at least right now) to include, so the only interception is at the destination of a move. Correct me if I am wrong on that.

Recommendation - perform interception also at the point of origin. There should be some ability to "blockade" units and stop them even if you do not know their destination.

I'll think about it. That's a tough one to do. Too many variables.
