I am wondering if anyone has created a scenario based upon the 1981 Israeli attack on an Iraqi nuclear reactor, dubbed Operation Opera. I recently watched a documentary on this and while watching I immediately wanted to see if this was possible within CMO.

It's in the Shifting Sands DLC

I don't know about the community scenario but Operation Opera scenario is part of Shifting Sand DLC.
