Can anyone explain what these numbers mean in the terrain info box?
INF/veh trafficability = 80 - does it mean that it is traveling at 80% max speed?
And what the numbers at
Concealment, Relief, Cover - do they indicate the percentage probability? how to understand these numbers?

Yes, that's how it affects the maximum speed.

Terrain concealment can make the unit up to 75% less visible (if the value is 100), and infantry can hide in the map cell if the value is greater than zero.

The terrain relief value and the unit training value are used as modifiers (%) to determine the unit's chance to get into a hull-down position.

Terrain cover reduces hit probability up to 50% and indirect fire area damage radius up to 75% (if the value is 100).
