Change its file type to .zip (or compress the file using zip) and you can load the original .pdf

Probably easier for people if it just compressed as a zip.

I pulled the chart down off Steam when it was at version 1.3. I noticed version 1.2 is what is here, so thought I'd share what I had. I've not compared the two, but I can see at least the top left portion is different. Credit to whoever put it together (assuming MCabido).

I have lost my manual, TOAW II, which gives detailed information on nation's warfare capabilities, such as NBC, electronic, and other levels. Is there a on line source which would have this information, thanks.
