1.00.07U72: Wrong transport calculation for supplies

According to this rule:
ORIGINAL: Alvaro Sousa

1 transport for 1 port unlimited supply amount

The Germans must have 5 transport in use to perform port supply in Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Narvik. Only 1 is used.

Even ending the turn does not calculate the good number.

Same for the Italian. They must have 9 transport in use to perform port supply in Tripoli, Tirane, Benghazi, Tobruk, Zara, Rhodes, Cagliari, Olbia and Misurata. 0 transport is in use.

1 transport for 1 port, so should be a simple one

It should be 1 for 1 port. I'll take a look.

It may not be that simple.

What happens if you are at the limit of the transport used for any reason (sunken transport, troops already loaded)?
How will the game select which ports to supply?

Since this is an automated process, what are the criteria for saying that this port has a higher supply priority than another?

Good reflection... [:D]

I think this is another good argument to implement this:
fb.asp?m=4804191

To allow the player to choose if something bad like that (not enough transport ships) occurs

Solved in 1.00.07U8. The count seems good but I will have to do more tests.

This is cool to see that the Baltic Sea is opened to UK transport ship traffic.

Right now, there is a port supply in Danzig coming from the UK. With UK at war with Germany at this stage, this is very risky move but this is still possible.

And, I have still to test this. I would like to see the behavior of the game engine in this particular case:

Chance of transport loss is minimal
