Battleship not actice

In ChallengeID 183878 I dow Estonia and could attack the units but not with my battleship. all other units are OK.
Odd and I'm not sure, I tried to take a look at the previous turn on the server but it looks like it is now past this point so I cannot properly test and review this.
If it comes up again, please let me know.
