I do not want to include more HQ. But, with the new feature of displaying generals in the battle report, I think it would be good to add some missing ones.
I do not know if this is possible to change the general assigned to a given HQ depending on the scenario date.
Anyhow, here is the list to add:

You have added one general for Yugoslavia in the latest beta but nothing for Netherlands, Belgium, Norway and Denmark. Any reason why?
Netherlands, Belgium both have HQ deployed on the map.

Denmark and Norway I am not making a general. They don't start with an HQ and they last all of 5s.
