I have a rather large UK fleet in the Med... but Gibraltar and Egypt have been taken. Shouldn't it eventually scuttle?

I also think it carries an infantry unit, this unit should disband after supplies run out?

And I hope the nightmare scenario of this unit making an amphibious landing is not possible? Can you invade when the fleet has no supply?
