From the scenario notes section it shows some number that will increase US entry. I assume these are % or days or ??

Say the Axis take Alexandria, that is a +10. If that is a %, how would it help the US enter earlier say if diplomacy is off? Thanks for any explanation.

So if it is at 30 and they get a +10 it is now at 40.
