Just a quick question about fleets.

According to the game manual the fleet of a surrendered by conquest country falls in the hands of the conquering country. But that does not happen in the game; France surrendered by conquest to Germany but her surviving fleet was removed from the map. Am I right or the manual is correct and there is problem with the game?

Dutch and Norwegian navies (such as they are) join UK. French fleet vanishes unless Germans go for full conquest in which case they join UK. Makes historical sense.

The technically become Vichy and inactive. This is what happens with negotiated surrenders

Does the Vichy fleet go to the UK if Germany invades Vichy France?
