Problems with this forum.

Apologies if this isn't the right place for it, but I don't know where else to post it.
I'm having some frustrations with this forum. I am trying to post a reply in the Partisans?? thread (Warplan Forum) but I keep getting an error which reads:
You are not allowed to post links, emails or phone numbers for 7 days from the date of your tenth post.
go back? : : close window?
The thing is I'm not trying to post any links, emails, or phone numbers. What is going on? I also had the same problem the other day when I tried uploading an image to my post (which I'm not doing today). I'm just simply trying to post a reply in a thread. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
