Can someone please explain to me how one sets CAP percentages in the editor for air groups starting a scenario on the map?

Mission choice is presented as Search/CAP, but only Search seems to have a box for setting percentage.

Is this box used for both search and CAP percentages?

Search % box only sets CAP percentage for planes which can't do search. FPs still gets purely Search in this field set. Even if they are capable of CAP.

Yes.

If you enter 0 it uses a default setting.
