what do you think of the Raspoutitsa ?


no movement in russia during the thaw = 1 or 2 turns in the spring + 1 or 2 turn in the fall ?


it would be realistic but I think that in a game the players would not be happy [:@]

It would bog this game down too much. The penalties units take now moving during inclement weather is sufficient for how this game plays. It makes you think "is it worth losing effectiveness and attack value to move units closer to the front or do I wait until better weather so they are in fighting shape when they arrive?"
