Matrix installation file not working

I cannot extract the installation files from the ZIP file I downloaded from matrix. I keep getting an error at 99% extracted. This is absolutely infuriating! I have downloaded multiple times and get the same error.

This is not something with which I can help you, but Matrix Games/Slitherine Customer Support should know what to do.

Shannon went looking in some old threads and found a solution. Maybe its a Windows 10 thing I needed the downloaded install files to be in the "Downloads" folder. From there I just extracted the files into "Downloads" and I was finally able to install. Such a weird issue.

It's an executable unzip that can't find the other parts unless they are all in the same folder... any folder. Won't work from the desktop.
