Now that rail and road use separate logistics points (If i'm not wrong), how do traffic signals interact with that?
Is it possible to close the road network and keep the rail going? For example when you want to use the road for short haul and rail for long haul but you already have a road build along the rail?

That's a great question. At the moment cutting off the traffic flow affects both road and rail so personally I'm hoping the rail ends up not being affected by the traffic signs and that they only affect roads. But I guess the way around that is to build your rail entries and exits into hexes without roads.
