Cannot right click for a dropdown menu

Just installed the latest update.
When I right click on a unit to show its or the terrain's properties, no dropdown menu shows up. In World at War it is working fine

I'm playing the latest update and right click is working for me.

If you go to OPTIONS->ADVANCED you should see the Right Click option there to be enabled.
