I enjoy that I get to play Sweden in one of my games, but 1 manpower? It should be at least 2 or 3

Germans should be able to easily defend vs that in 1940.

But sadly I now have the issue that I sent 100 production to Sweden, but as it is blocked I cannot cancel the convoy.

You can't cancel the convoy? It doesn't send it if it is blocked.
