I just purchased the game and see where there's mods but I don't see any descriptions of the mods, what they do, etc. Is there a detailed list of all the mods somewhere I just overlooked or something? Thanks

I created one of the mods, "Fall Weiss II" for the world map. It a nutshell it's the base campaign but adds a number of new events and what if scenarios the AI works but Its probably better served for PBEM in my opinion.

The mod is a spin off of my mod of the same name for the Strategic Command War in Europe title which differs from the base campaign by adding new or amended decisions, events, units, combat stats, bitmaps and victory conditions among other changes. If you have that game as well the link is in my signature, it's also in the downloadable community pack but that version is quite dated.

No problem, I’ll also add the AI is quite competent on the Europe version and I’ve lost to it even recently playing as Axis.

Hi having just purchased SC WWII I am trying to use Nato style counters. I have checked the Mods box for this before proceeding to the game but they do not come up.
Have I misunderstood is there another file I need to add? There is a folder with Community Pack in the game folder.

Hi. You don't need a mod to get Nato style counters. Assuming you don't have the 3-D units option selected in the upper left of the set-up box you will get the ones that come with the game by default.
