Base Penetration RHA
Base Penetration FHA

These two values are in mm. Are they affect to the soldiers damage?

I suppose that Loc1 hit chance in the soldiers.txt file is the head. Loc0 hit chance is the body. Is it correct?

Any value more in game increasing the resistance from soldiers?

Higher penetration values will cause worse injuries to soldiers, yes.

The two possible hit locations for soldiers are completely abstract. Since WW2 soldiers don't have body armor TBF uses loc0 for the chance to hit the helmet and loc1 for everywhere else. You can change the loc0/1 values (though they should still add to 128) and armor to represent combinations of helmet/body armor if you wish.

You can change the protection value of the terrain (in mm RHA) if you want to give soldiers some blanket toughness bonus.

I have been testing adding body armor. From the moment than the player does not go to know if there is body armor or not, I believe that it is a good.
