1. When I have a combined fleet of Uk and France in a port, and I only select the UK ships to move, I get the message that france dont have any oil. This is a bug right? UK has enough oil, and I have only selected their ships in the stack.

2. How does naval interdiction work? I thought a fleet would always try and interdict an enemy fleet, ending their movement within 5 hexes, but it dosent. What will increase the odds of it happening?

3. I am in late April, but I havent had an event ending the winter war with Finland. I think I read somewhere else that there is an event, that will increase experience of units bought after this war. Is that true?

1. Absolutely this is a bug for me. But, there are already plenty of UI bugs with naval stacking that were refused so I won't comment more.

2. I do not have the answer, sorry.

3. Not anymore with 1.00.07 patch. The Winter war will no more give any change in experience. See this thread:

Not immediately after the DoW. New USSR units will still be created with 35% experience.

Units will gain experience by fighting the Germans. It is important. Do not withdraw too much, fight to gain experience.

Later during the war, the experience will increase and finally new USSR units will be created at 50% experience.

To "fix" nr 1, send some oil from the UK to France. In fact as the Allies always do this at the start of the game.
