Dear all, I bought the game back in 2014, after a while I stopped my then job and got another and thus another work computer. Upon writing customer support, they kindly provided me a new DL link.

This has now happened again; except that for two months since I wrote them, with a second mail a month or so ago, there has been no reply. I am puzzled and at a loss for what to do.

Who do I contact?

Maybe they are backed up due to Covid. Try again.

My first mail to them were on the first of March, at that point, COVID19 had swallowed nothing in the US yet.

You should not need to request this from Customer Support. When you login to your account, you can get what you need.

Click on "My Page"
Click on "FILE DOWNLOADS" for WIF

If login was previously completed, you can go there directly.

You would just install the Beta Update and then the most recent patch.
