I do not have the screenshots since it was a PBEM. But here is the reproduction sequence:

1. Take an HQ that has not yet moved
1. Assign a General to this HQ (it is costing X points)
3. Move the HQ to some location
4. Cancel the move with undo button
5. The HQ is back to its original location with its original General

BUT

1. The command cost of X points is not back (it is lost)
2. The general is no more available. It says it is already assigned to an HQ and this is wrong.

Crap!!!! During the invasion of USSR. [:D]

And this is why I hate undo buttons. I'll fix.

Is it fixed in the latest beta?

I haven't updated the beta yet.
