The Paddy Field Challenge

The following is typed with my artistic head on...
The problem in depicting paddy fields in this particular game is that although the hex design looks great on its own, if you put a number of identical hexes together, they look regimented and completely wrong. I really don't think that paddy fields are supposed to look like that . As far as I can see, the only solution is to come up with three or four more differing hex designs that depict paddy fields. If these are mixed in with each other, the overall effect will surely be much more convincing.
