R u have ever used chaff manually and seen its effect on a radar?
I lay chaff against a 2d radar (p14),but no effect: Two a/c over each other (1000ft difference or less)fly toward radar and top one lay chaff.it's expected that 2nd one covered by chaff but both were tracked without any deception!!
Is there any tutorial or such that show effect of chaff on 2d old radars??

I believe the mechanics of that may be a bit different.
As chaff normally just allows a roll to spoof a missile sensor then that chaff barrier might just help with that but "en mass".
Try to fire some missiles at aircraft behind a chaff wall and tell us the result.

Please provide a suitable save file.

You cannot describe every detail (and Command is a game where every little detail can matter). But the save file can.
