I am a US customer. When I try to purchase , (with several different credit cards) I get the following message:

"The request cannot be fulfilled for the current shopper. Please contact BlueSnap support for further details.."
The cards are good, and I tried to purchase at 3:30 pm UK time (as per Matrix post saying when available).

Nothing yet but an automated response from Slitherine saying they "opened ticket"

yea, the download was a little slow but everything went fine. West Coast here

Same error here - looks like a great game and I want to play but cannot buy the crazy thing! Contacting Slitherine...

It might be worth trying a different web browser as a quick fix?

Same issue in Firefox and internet Explorer - sent email to support@slitherine.co.uk as suggested....

I got the same error on multiple browsers as well when paying via card. I used the Paypal option. That worked fine.

No issues here, using 'IE'.
Download was faster then usual for Slitherine/Matrix; but was not over 600mb, which helps.

I had a problem making a payment with my debit card, but I was able to make it without any problems using the same card but through paypal.

I had the same problem, it said something about "mismatch in price". I had during the purchase changed from Swedish Krona to euro and then back again out of curiosity.

I redid the order without changing and it went through. Funny thing is when i changed from and to Krona it cost 395kr but later it cost 391kr

I received email from Slitherine support saying, "The issue is ow fixed. You should now be able to place the order."

I got impatient and purchased using PayPal as others suggested here so I have not verified, but hopefully the issue is now sorted.

I found a work around by using paypal instead of my card directly. Hopefully that helps? Course I wasn't switching from kronas to dollars

yep me too, could not purchase, but followed advice to use Pay Pal and was golden immediately. Downloading game.
