"Email is not confirmed" and cannot?

Hi, I've tried using helpdesk to get help with this (as the login screen suggests) but it requires me to log in to use the helpdesk.

Anyways I've got an old account I've been using forever, but now I can't login because I the message "Email is not confirmed." But there seems to be no way to confirm it.

But I'm using the right password, it just isn't confirmed.

I've searched my email for a confirmation email or something from years ago when I made the account and can't find it.

I have the identical problem.

Further, when I try to purchase a game I get an obscure error and told to contact BlueSnap (whoever they are) for support.
