I sent S-42 on a mine laying mission, and after placing mines, it came back to Noumea. Now it refuels, but does not load mines again for another mission. I have tried letting it "rest" in Noumea for 2 turns before ordering refuel and mission to Lunga. Still reports 0 mines on board after sailing. ?

I experience the same case. But, there is a way around. Just disband the TF and create a new sub minelaying TF. It will load mines then.
