TOAW IV Manual Civilian Version 1.02
Has 1.02 been updated? If so, where can a MS Word version be downloaded.

I think Don said he was not updating that version, and I haven't posted mine yet. I won't have a Word version though, I am only doing a Notepad version.

I would prefer Word, but Notepad is more than adequate. Actually, any format that I can add edits to is just fine. When you’re ready to post I’ll be your first customer.
Is there another version floating around that Don has in his possession?
Thank you & regards

I still have my latest when Steve and I went our way ways. I thought I posted a zip with my work someplace, it’s in word with hyperlinks.

Does this include the info from the "What's New" docs? Drives me crazy that I have to look in various documents trying to figure something out...

It might, you'll have to ask Steve, but I am fairly certain he added that in to our original work.
If not if someone wants to add that I have no issues with them doing so as long as they updated all the Word docs I created and gave credit where it's due.
Hypothetically speaking, if I was the developer or maintainer of this software I would update the documentation to reflect what Steve and I put into this document and then maintain a master document with updated changes. Alas, many developers don't do this and leave it to the community to create living manuals, such as War in the East/West, and countless other games. Some take that mantle on themselves and others contribute greatly, but we all must pick and choose our battles, our time and our endeavors.
May you be blessed in all you do.
