I had the same problem, have you nationalized the truck station and upgraded it?

That's odd. Most notably the gap between your capital and the rest of the supply network which looks fine.

What does the Truck Station itself says when you mouse over it? Has it enough workers and oil?

Press P to see the logistical preview, I bet you have stuff flowing. Most likely you are bottlenecked as all the LP in the shq hex are being used sending stuff multiple directions. The gap is because the city lp are depleted because they have to account for all the point usage in all directions while the hex next to it are only one direction.

Build a bigger truck station or use the shq to restrict some % for replacements.

This screen show the available logistic point left so if you check how much you use I think the amount is higher than the output and explain how your stuff don't get out of the city you need rail transportation or as previously said bigger truck station. Amount used is in light green and the total output predicted is in grey.

What's happening here is that you've got more logistical need than you have trucks to move them. You need to build more truck stations.

This issue confused me for ages but I can tell by looking at it that's what's happening.

Also, if you use Predicted mode, and look to the right of the screen, there's a list of truck stations that supply the points. If you click on each one, it'll highlight where each station will be sending it's trucks in a bright PINK colour and you can work out from there where the coverage might be having problems.

Logistics is definitely the hardest part of this game (aside from the AI in a war!)
