MWIF version 3.1.03

MIL units is not correctly added back to the force pool after city is retaken.

Ex
1) Before Italy attacks and takes Marseille the France Marseille MIL is correctly in the French Force Pool
2) After Italy has attacked and taken Marseille the France Marseille MIL is correctly remove from the Frence Force Pool and placed in the Future Force Pool Addition
3) After France has attacked and taken back Marseille the France Marseille MIL is not corrctly added back to the Frence Force Pool.
4) The France Marseille MIL is wrongly still in Future Force Addition Pool.

The change in force pool won't necessarily happen immediately. Did you wait until the next production phase to check?

Yes. It wasn't available during the end of turn production, and we are now in the turn after and the MIL is still missing.

Edit: And it should have been available for France to be built.
