During the AI turn, my own troops make attacks.They also then start with reduced AP.
SIze limitation prevents upload of saves.

once the reports or save games are found and ready, please zip them up and attach them to your post, thanks

as some of the saves can be rather large, the forum won't support them even zipped i'm sorry to say,

Ideal solution to upload is using your OneDrive or Dropbox account if you have one, alternatively you can use www.wetransfer.com as all are free for small amounts

I hope you mean they defend? if they are actually attacking send a savegame to vic@vrdesigns.net

As for the AP they are relative to the RDN (readiness) of the Unit. So a Unit that marched or fought to much will have reduced AP the next turn.

They are listed as the attackers in the history.

ah right got me confused there with the .txt extension. but renamed them to .rar . will take a look

Checked it out.
It is a bit confusing as the Hex of the battle aint shown. But it wat rebels from the regime you declared war on joining you and doing battle (and losing) in an unidentified Hex.

In fact it relates to a decision you took the turn before.

No prize for clarity of information here, but it is not a bug.
