So one of my choices of goal is my average education level of zone to be X points.

I click on a particular zone and search through the interface but find no reference to education level of that zone.

I see from the manual that this is a sub-stat of the zone's quality of life, and I can find that under the stats tab. But I have found no way to break down quality of life number into its sub parts.

Where might I find this?
