I tend to play with preview logistic points always on. Prior to the patch it would stay enabled between turns. Now I have to disable and re-enable it every turn. The game considers them "on" but they do not show anymore.

I just tried it but seems to work. Can you send a savegame with a quick reminder of the issue over to vic@vrdesigns.net

maybe it is something specific to your game.
