How can I produce energy? In my game I can produce oil, but I can´t see power plant asset. [:(]

Research it? It's among the first of eco techs; discover it then prio-research it.

Occasionally you can find perks providing power in some hexes. In my first game on a Siwa class planet there were plenty.
Otherwise, as said, discover then research power plant or solar panels. Switch to pure discovery if you must because otherwise if you research I believe three techs from the first category you will open other technology categories and the RNG can really play havoc with your game plan, such as discovering everything except the power techs you need.
