Overstack calculations

Is there something wrong with the overstack calculations. I'm playing 1.01a beta4. And in this image the game tells me in the estimation of offensive mods that I will receive between 42% and 55% overstack penalty. However, in the combat totals it says that I am using 224/250 stack points. The way I understand it I should not receive any penalty.

It mean you are way over numbering them see the -42% and -55% you Use whole corps vs regiment. This one is because attacking stack is over 100 pts.I can probably agree over why the heck 224/250.
you use like 20 guys vs 1 and the battle model cap up each inf attack once in a round and get attacked 2 time without penalties. You can observe that -17% for you and -1% for them(probably for their arty). If you want to win this battle destroy their bigger modifier it mean entranchement with arty. Else just siege them for a while praying that they lack of food. I got that situation personally too so I know what to do.

Hi Ypp,
Thanks for reporting this. Will be fixed upcoming Open Beta patch later today.
Really good catch. My apologies it slipped through QA.
Best wishes,
Vic

Here is another small thing. It appears that when the defending stack is over 100 points it will show as 0/100 points. However it seems the estimation of defensive modes still takes it into account.

Yeah that is good advice. But they way it has always worked in VR games is that the more hexes, over 2, you attack from the more stack points you can bring in, so 250 in case of attacking from 5 sides. Presumably since the frontage is bigger.
