Unlimited turn calculation (again with Beta Patch 1.01-Beta4)

On "next turn" my game did not finish the turn calculation. I had the same issue before but the Beta patch 1.01 resolved the issue. Now it's happening again.
It seems it's related to the AI faction I just discovered to the East.
