Minor question: Reports on newly-built units?

When I build new units, I don't see any feedback from the game confirming what was built and where. Is there a report on this somewhere? It's not a big deal, but when I create new units in a hex with several pre-existing units, it can be confusing to sort out which ones are the new units. I do so by looking at which units have no XP history. Is there a better way? Many thanks in advance.

New units should appear last (i.e. rightmost) in the OOB screen, and their number is an increment from the last one.
But I agree some notification, even in the Letterbox report, would be a quality of life improvement. Zone Militias have a tendency to raise new formations without you knowing about it before you have the pleasant surprise of finding them on the map.

Yeah, this is a minor issue, but it's on my wishlist for the game.
