Runtime Error! Crash

Hello,
For the past few weeks I've been getting frequent runtime error crashes (~9/10 times) when trying to load saves, and less frequently when saving or trying to load a new scenario. I've replicated the errors starting from the the steam client and directly from the game folder, and across multiple different saved games and scenario starts. I have version 1.11.03 installed, and have uploaded a save which has been consistently giving me the error message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
