Replacements are not being received by the subordinate units. I have plenty of troops in reserve to be mobilized as new units. I have checked my logistics and it is green and yellow, so why are my units not getting their replacements

Unfortunately, the replacements system is rather opaque at the moment. I'm not sure anyone knows why your replacements aren't getting to the front line.

Though, the manual states that replacements require logistical points. If there aren't enough, you might not be getting reinforcements because of a lack of logistical points, even if you are in range.

Check your SHQ to see how many replacements are demanded versus how many were sent. It's also a good place to check fuel, food and ammo sent too. If those aren't being fully satisfied, there may be a logistics problem at work.

Usually renforcement use available logistic point from SHQ so max your truck station at SHQ every time. You can even deploy corps far away or near the front line if it's high enough around 1k to 3k Logistic point free.

ALso, replacements for militia troops (those with an M) don't reinforce with regular subunits, only militia subunits, and you can't build those....
SO mid game it is very possible your SHQ states 20 reinforcements are needed, but all being militia and nothing you can do about it except bring a militia unit back and transfer its subunits to the SHQ so those can be used as militia reinforcements.
