Just like wanting a notification when a Public Asset finishes (https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4826924),
I would like a notification that a Private Asset *begins* construction.

For example, they decide a certain hex 1 hex away from a road is a nice spot for a farm, thus splitting the road automatically thus reducing the LIS in the original one by half. It's nice to know that so you can put a traffic sign there.

Also for getting a general feeling of what they're doing of course.
