Aegean in Flames ROE annoyance

I'm playing Aegean in Flames as Greece, and while things are going okay so far, i discovered that all SAM and AAA Sites have engagement of aerial targets at Weapons HOLD. Why? Shouldn't it be weapons Tight, so that I don't have to manually order them to fire at every air target?
I know I can set them to Weapons TIGHT, but I seem to have to do that to each individual unit, which is REALLY annoying with Turkish F-16s flying all around them.
Could this be addressed in a patch?

Couldn't you set the side ROE to 'TIGHT" for AA, and assuming the units are using 'inherited' ROE, they all should then use that?
You could also do that to just mission based ones - although I would then also press the button 'Reset for units on mission..' to make sure it is pushed to to the assigned units.

To add, be sure to set radar to "inactive" for every submarine assigned to asuw or sea control missions.

Okay I was able to figure out how to do that, but still, I think all the AAA and SAM Sites should by default have Weapons Tight

@Grazyn
A few submarines at open sea have active radar only on periscope depth (useful when attacking)
Of course the player (especially if your choose XX side) can disable it

FWIW, I can verify that if I start the scenario and then check on the Greece units they are indeed, programmed with a TIGHT setting. So, that seems to be working.
But, I have also noticed that ALL of the subs on both sides have their radar setting set to ACTIVE. When they come to periscope depth they will immediately be recognized.
Some of the subs are assigned to a Mission where surface units are also present. Collectively, they are all assigned to ACTIVE. Perhaps it would be better to separate them. It's just an observation.
But, there are lone subs on both sides that also have that setting. I don't believe that that is realistic, but I haven't played the scenario all the way through, so maybe there is some reason for it.
Use this info if you like, or discard it if it isn't beneficial. It's just an observation.

Thanks DWReese for your feedback
We will consider it your observation regarding the radar on subs (most subs can use it on periscope depth only)
Usually they would surface to periscope depth rarely, only maybe to fire sub-harpoon

I don't think it was on purpose, active radar is just the default setting for sea control and asuw missions, same as it was in cmano. It's not usually an issue but subs assigned to sea control patrols will go to periscope depth quite often and every time the radar will be on. You can notice Turkey subs (or Greece depending on the side) giving away their positions with radars after a few minutes.

Sure I'll get right on that. The version of Command I'm using is the latest Steam release (as in I have no betas installed), build 1147.1
UPDATE: Okay, I've attached a ZIP file with 4 images of the ROE from the scenario loaded from scratch.
I took an shot of the Side ROE for Greece both before starting scenario at all, and then another 1-2 second after scenario start. In both Images, the side ROE is Weapons TIGHT.
I did the same for a sample AA Unit, in this case a SPAAG unit on Lesbos Island. In both images, the unit (and all other AA Units) are at weapons HOLD.

Thanks a lot for your feedback
Hmmmm that is quite interesting, considering the fact that the AA Zu-23 has no missions active that could have changed its WRA
If you press on the Side Doctrine" Reset affected Unit (Inherit from Above Doctrine " at start? what happens?
Does the Zu still have HOLD or changed to Weapons Tight?
PS I am asking those questions as to identify the root cause (could be a glitch)

Resetting the selected units from side doctrine seems to correct the ROE, so perhaps that's what needs to be done for a corrected scenario
