How can produce Hi Tech Parts, what do I need to construct?

There is a tech called Hi-Tech industry in one of the lower rows. After researching it you can build an industry which produces Hi-tech parts.

goodwoodrw you should also check the Trader. There's usually some on the market if you need them but can't produce them.
