Tried everything already. Wrote to all possible supports.

Showing the following message while purchasing:

The request cannot be fulfilled for the current shopper. Please contact BlueSnap support for further details..

Any idea what to do? Anywhere else I can get it?

Looks like contacting bluesnap is the solution also make you are not running any Vpn's when making purchase

I never answer these kind of questions. Its such a hassle to login and do that captcha LOL

But this game is so good that I have to help its sales...

So I had this with every credit card I used. I have bought a number of games here so I was a bit flummoxed.

Blue snap...directed me back to Matrix who didn't immediately respond and as a guy who wants my games NOW did I say RIGHT THE F*** NOW...so I tried something else.. like a good beta tester...LOL

Use pay pal...seriously... I activated my old pay pal account and it worked. Matrix did get back to me the next and said they had rectified it but by then I was deep into he weeds of LIS points and traffic signals...Hope this helps..do whatever you have to and get this game...

Thank you for your answer gatsby. I want to have Shadow Empires, as well.

But, sadly, I will not be using PayPay. I have a credit card and there is an option to pay with it.

If they don't want me paying, I won't.) And will wait for Steam release. Maybe get it there..

Matrix really needs to "have a little chat" with Bluesnap.

..Or if anyone has PayPal and is willing to gift it to me. Please pm. Will refund EUR 50.

I have no idea why Matrix still uses BlueSnap, which for years has retained customers' credit card info even when asked not to do so. I exclusively use PayPal now when buying Matrix games.

It worked. But PayPal was the answer, indeed. Had to ask a friend, though. His cc didn't work either by the way.

Please Matrix Games, terminate your contract with BlueSnap!

Have a good time in Shadow Empire to all! Thanks for the help!

In the past, when I tried using a credit card with BlueSnap it would not work unless I clicked the button to have BlueSnap save my credit card info. Other times, I was able to order without clicking to save my info, but BlueSnap saved it anyway. It seems that BlueSnap really, really wants to save your credit card info.

I've complained about this to Matrix many times over several years, nothing has changed, I guess BlueSnap is owned by a relative or something.
