Roadblocks and production

Collecting/producing resources needs logistical points but do they need a clear path to the SHQ for the resources to be collected? I mean I can have enough logistical points for example for a mine from truck stations but do road blocks hinder the delivery of metal the SHQ?

Metal is delivered to the local city (and yes, roadblocks will break this), and any not used by the local zone is then delivered from there to the SHQ - again, with roadblocks counting.

So in theory, if you have logi from the local city to the mine but not from the city to SHQ, the zone probably still picks up the metal but cannot then deliver it's surpluses on.

Thank you!

Sorry, is a "road block" a traffic sign, or a road blocked because of enemy ZoC, etc.?

To my knowledge, Assets only need Logistics "Passing through" their hex.
All consumption and production happens directly with the Zone Inventory. No actuall logisics capacity is used for this.

SHQ->Zone and Zone->SHQ, those are the the ones that actually eat Logitics Capacity.
