Of no great importance but how can I (or indeed can I?) allocate the game to one screen or the other. Sort of linked to this, can I set it to play in a windowed mode?

Just makes it a lot easier moving between game and the manual

Edit the Windows.txt file in the main install directory to enable window mode at whatever resolution you specify.

Indeed, I play multi-monitor. You can max the window in the secondary monitor if you wish too. I have not found a way to run in fullscreen on the secondary monitors.
